Compactor Storage Systems

A) Push Pull Racks :

These type of racks are used for lighter loads and where the rack length
is limited upto Max 2000 mm these racks slide upon the rails by means of Wheel assy. These donot have in driving mechanism and are to be pushed and pulled manually. Very usefull for offices where area for storage is very small. these can be operated by a single person with much ease of operation. Super structure is of boltless or slotted angle type. Base Structure consists of wheel assy and base frame and guide rails. The whole unit when in closed condition can be locked .

 
B) Manual Compactor Racking Systems :

These type of racks are used for lighter /meduim loads and where the rack length is limited upto Max 5 to 6 mtrs and Rack Height is Max 3.3 mtrs these racks slide upon the rails by means of Wheel assy. These are provied with a Chain Sprocket type speed reduction driving mechanism for smoother manual operation. Very usefull for offices where area for storage is very small. these can be operated by a single person with much ease of operation Super structure is of boltless or slotted angle type. Base Structure consists of wheel assy and base frame and guide rails The whole unit when in closed condition can be locked. This type of racking Utilises less space 75 % space saving as compared to Safety Locking Provision provided on each Drive Unit.

 
C) Motorised Compactor Racking Systems :

These type of racks are used for meduim/Heavey loads and where the rack length is above 3 to 12 mtrs and above and Rack Height is Max 5 mtrs these racks slide upon the rails by means of Wheel assy. These racks are driven by Variable Speed Dc geared Motor the whole unit is controlled by Plc based Circuit For Safety these units are fitted with Distance Sensors ,proximity sensors Super structure is made from Rolled formed Hihg Rise Storage racks Base Structure consists of wheel assy and base frame and guide rails The whole unit when in closed condition can be locked. Safety Locking Provision provided on each Drive Unit. Material Loading Unloading can be done by means of Fork lifts and Pallet Trucks. This type of racking Utilises less space 75 % space saving as compared to Conventional racking.
